Our website KillarneyonaMap won ‘Website of the Year’ in the ‘Travel, Tourism & Hospitality’ category at the National Website Awards ‘The Eir Spiders’. Finalists included Fáilte Ireland, Northern Ireland Tourist Board, Roomex & The Guinness Storehouse. The awards are considered an important benchmark for distinction and merit in web-based business strategies.
The feedback from the judging panel on the website was, “The site is a real goldmine of essential tourist information. It offers the user a fun but captivating journey of what the region has to offer. The site also provides you with special discounts and the opportunity to book directly with the service provider”.

KillarneyonaMap is operated by two local business people Laura Tangney (Killarney Jaunting Cars Tangney Tours) & Stephen O’Sullivan (Splash Designs). Laura’s background is in the Travel & Tourism market and Stephen’s is in the online industry and both have combined and complemented each other’s talents in KillarneyonaMap.
Splash Designs have been nominated on twenty one occasions nationally.
