Hosting keeps your site live. A care plan keeps it safe. WordPress sites need regular updates, security scanning, and someone watching for problems. That is what a care plan does.

Care plans are available for all websites we have designed. We know your site, we know how it was built, and we can look after it with confidence.

Sites designed by someone else

If we did not develop your website, you must ensure you have relevant licenses for any plugins that require them to ensure ongoing updates.

The average WordPress site has 20+ plugins. Each one is a potential vulnerability. Most clients never log in to update them.

Not ready for a care plan?

If your site needs work and you are not on a care plan, we charge €160 plus VAT per hour, billed in 15-minute slots. This covers rescue work, updates, fixes, and anything else the site needs to get it back in shape.


The honest bit

The website is yours. The hosting is month-to-month on the care plans because we would rather you stayed because it is working than because you are stuck. 30 days notice, either side.

We will not chase you if the timing is not right. But if something goes wrong on an unmanaged site, recovery costs significantly more than a year of care plan fees.

Same way you would quote a job yourself no hidden fees, no surprise invoices.


What happens next

Get in touch or set up your direct debit

For hosting only, you can set up your direct debit directly online. For care plans, just drop us an email or give us a call and we will handle the rest.

We audit your site

On care plans we do a full check on day one plugin versions, security status. You get a short report before we begin.

We take it from there

Updates run on schedule. You get a report every month. If something needs your attention, we let you know before touching it.


Important this is not a Service Level Agreement

Our hosting and care plans are managed services, not a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This means we do not guarantee fixed response or resolution times, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, security incidents, or delays in carrying out work.

All work including updates, support requests, and any remedial work is carried out during office hours only:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Excluding Irish bank holidays and any periods where office closure has been communicated in advance.

If your site goes down on a weekend, bank holiday, or outside of office hours, uptime monitoring will detect it automatically but it will not be actioned until the next working day.

We will always do our best to respond promptly and keep disruption to a minimum. But we are a small team and we believe in being straightforward about what is and is not included.
