Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The role requires a personable, organised, analytical, creative, pro-active and versatile person.
Responsibilities
- Managing strategic, creative and commercial requirements for client accounts
- Ensuring a top-quality service is delivered to your clients
- Show the ability to apply new marketing and business thinking to strategic and creative responses
- Ensuring all work is completed to agency standards and timelines
- Planning & implementation of digital advertising campaigns
- Retrieval and analysis of marketing data
- Writing insight-driven reports and presenting to clients
- Email marketing and database management
- Assist in managing day to day operations and support of the wider team
- Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as blogs, podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing role experience
- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and AdSense
- Open, approachable and diplomatic.
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Able to perform in stressful situations
- Good knowledge of social advertising
- A general interest in and genuine enthusiasm for marketing & web technology, specifically marketing in the digital space
- Excellent standard of written English skills and the ability to write creative copy
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
