Care plans are available for all websites we have designed because we know how they were built. If we did not build your site, you must ensure you have valid licenses for any plugins that need them for ongoing updates.
All hosting clients already get free text and image changes. That is not changing, regardless of which plan you choose. The care plan adds updates, security, and monitoring on top.
We charge €160 + VAT per hour, billed in 15 minute slots, for rescue work, updates, fixes, and getting an unmanaged site back in shape. A year of Standard care is €588 + VAT. One bad incident often costs more than that, and severe attacks can cost considerably more to recover from.
Because hosting setup, domain registration, and SSL certificates carry annual costs. The 12 month term lets us absorb those costs and keep the monthly price low. Care plans are 30 day notice because they are pure ongoing service.

Your site stays online because hosting is separate. Updates, backups and monitoring stop. Any future problem becomes a billable rescue at our hourly rate rather than included work. You can rejoin a care plan at any time, but if the site has fallen behind, there may be a one-off catch-up fee to bring it back to a stable state before the plan can resume.
Standard plan sites get a next-business-day response. Priority plan sites get a response within an hour during business hours. We host every site we look after, so we can usually start work the moment we know about the problem rather than waiting for credentials.
