Shopify Partners are agencies vetted and approved by Shopify directly to design, build, and support shops on the platform. It means we are working with Shopify, not just using their software. You get the benefit of partner-level access and support behind the scenes.
For an online shop, Shopify is purpose-built for ecommerce. Stock management, payments, shipping rules, taxes, security, and PCI compliance are all handled by Shopify directly. WordPress with WooCommerce can do the same things but you spend more time managing plugins than selling.
Shopify Starter sets up a theme as it comes, with your branding swapped in. Shopify Custom properly customises the theme, different layouts, custom homepage, custom product pages, your colours and fonts done right. The result on Custom looks like your shop, not a template.
How to add products, manage stock, handle orders, run promotions, and use the apps we set up for you. A proper handover so you are not stuck ringing us every time you want to change a price. Included on every tier.
Yes. Shopify charges a monthly subscription for the platform itself, paid directly to them. The theme cost (around €350) is also paid to Shopify, one time. We charge separately for the design and build work.
No. The support plan is optional, not required. If you have someone in-house who can manage Shopify after launch, you do not need it. If you want someone on call for general questions and small updates, the plan exists for that.
Yes. Migrations from WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, or older Shopify stores are quoted as part of the build. Product imports, customer data, order history, and URL redirects are all handled.
Above 100 products, we usually recommend Tier 03 because the catalogue management, filtering, and category structure becomes a custom design problem rather than a theme problem. Quoted after the call, scope agreed up front.
