Rebuild your website
without losing what is
already working.

For Irish businesses with a real customer base, real revenue,
and a website that has quietly stopped pulling its weight.
We rebuild without losing your search rankings, your content,
or the customer muscle memory you have spent years building.

The reality of an ageing website

Four things every established business owner we talk to is already dealing with.

01 · The slow drift

The site that worked
five years ago is quietly
turning visitors away.

Pages load in four seconds instead of one. Forms that worked then now fail silently. Photos look small on a modern phone. The website did not break in a single moment. It drifted, slowly, while you were busy running the business.

02 · The fear of starting again

You worry a rebuild
means losing what
already works.

The Google rankings you have built up over a decade. The customer base who knows where to find you. The content that took years to write. Every previous agency that pitched you a rebuild started the conversation with "we will throw it all out and start fresh." That is the wrong answer.

03 · The maintenance debt

Updating the website
now takes longer than
running the business.

A simple price change requires ringing the agency that built it eight years ago and never quite returns the call. The plugins are out of date. The website that was supposed to save you time has become a job in itself.

04 · The mobile reality

Most of your customers now
live on phones, and your website
was built for a desktop.

It still loads on mobile, but the menu is cramped, the photos crop badly, the contact form is too small to fill in with one thumb. The site looks fine on the laptop where you check it. On your customers' phones, it does not.

Why we know all this

We have been rebuilding websites for established Irish businesses since 1996. We know that a real customer base, real revenue and real Google rankings are worth protecting, not throwing out. Every rebuild we deliver is designed to keep what works and replace what does not.

What you get

Built for the way an established
business actually rebuilds.

Most agencies build a website for a trades business and walk away the day it launches.
We design, build, host and run SellFuel, our ecommerce platform for Irish heating oil distributors.
The same craft, the same care, in our own platform every day.

Built for you

A rebuild that
protects what works.

The customer journey kept where it was earning its keep. Search rankings preserved through proper redirects, not lost in the launch. Content audited and rewritten where needed, not thrown out wholesale. Photos modernised, not replaced for the sake of it. The site you launch is the better version of the one you had, not a different business pretending to be you.

Honest audit

A free first review
of your website.

Before any quote is written, we look at what your website is doing for your business, what it is quietly costing you, and what it would take to turn it into one that brings in work.

Your website should be bringing you work while you sleep. If it is not, the first review shows you exactly why and what a site built to win business would do instead.

What is changing

Three shifts established Irish
businesses
need to watch.

The websites we are rebuilding today are not the websites we were rebuilding three years ago.
The way customers find, judge and buy from established businesses is changing in ways most older websites have not caught up with.
Three of those shifts are below.

01

AI search is rewarding older businesses
with depth, not flashy new ones.

ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI are increasingly citing sources with track records, not the loudest startup with the newest design. An established Irish business with twenty years of content has more raw material to win AI citations than any of its newer competitors. But only if the website is structured in a way AI can actually read.

02

Younger buyers are arriving at
established businesses for the first time.

The customers who knew you from your dad are retiring. Their children are now the decision-makers, and they vet a business through its website before they ring. The website is doing a job it never had to do before: explaining a multi-decade business to someone who has never heard of it. Many older sites are not equipped for that conversation.

03

Generational handover is
happening on the website first.

A lot of Irish businesses have founders in their 60s and successors in their 30s. The website is usually the first place that handover gets visible to customers, and most businesses get it wrong: either by promoting the successor too aggressively, or by hiding them entirely until the founder retires and creates an awkward surprise.
